Personal responsibility

Clients take up my offers voluntarily and self-responsibly. Accordingly, clients can terminate their participation in an event/session/course at any time, but without any claim for compensation.

Clients understand that there is a large self-study component to the courses offered and are willing to put in the work required and manage their time responsibly.

Course policy

Courses booked and paid for in full are non-refundable. If you are unable to complete or attend the course, you will be offered the opportunity to attend when you are able within a calendar year of the course date.

Payment plans are invoiced on the 25th of each calendar month for the duration of the course, and payment must be made by the 4th of the following month over the time period agreed.

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

I offer the following payment options: Cash payment, WISE or bank transfer.

Payment must be made by the agreed dates.

I only work with 7 individuals on this journey at any time and reserve the right to accept or decline an application.
