Clients take up my offers voluntarily and self-responsibly. Accordingly, clients can terminate their participation in an event/session/course at any time - but without any claim for compensation. Clients understand that there is a large self-study component to the courses offered and are willing to put in the work required and manage their time responsibly.

Course policy

Courses booked and paid for in full are non-refundable, if you are unable to complete or attend the course you will be offered the opportunity to attend when you are able within a calendar year of course date.

Payment plans or donation-based agreements will be invoiced on the 1st of each month and payable on or before the 7th for the agreed period.

Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed appointment.

Payment must be made before attending the session/course/ceremony.
